First time visit for a pint of custom color done 30yrs ago. Cliff & Allen shot straight with me that the color and they would do their best to match it. I think they nailed it! I treated with respect along with tips to help me with my touch up. Top notch customer support

White man around late 30 to 40’s is just rude I don’t recommend to buy from them rude to the Hispanic community we’re just humans as well we were treated horribly idk if he was mad at the world or what but he was definitely miserable. Don’t recommend this place! Definitely racist. No vengan aquí son racista!! We were just trying to buy paint.

This place has gone WAY downhill since NCS took over. The dark haired guy with the beard, who seems to be the manager, has terrible customer handling skills. Rude, condescending, and makes you feel like you're interrupting him when you try to do business with them. If you're lucky and get the slightly older gentleman, he is great but the last three times I got stuck with the other guy so I'm going to a different vendor.

Very friendly man here he gave me a better price on something he thought the price was too high for. I was down first time in NC at our cabin from Seattle and I am not used to the southern hospitality this man showed I really appreciated it we were delighted!
